    Ziggiz Print, Signs, Design, Displays, Loganholme (logo)

    Our humble beginnings at Ziggi’s Print & Signs, in Loganholme, saw us providing quality and affordable graphic design and digital print solutions to local small businesses throughout South East Queensland.

    Our focus on customer service, and attention to detail, resulted in large and corporate businesses seeking our products and services, allowing us to expand and provide advertising and marketing solutions throughout Australia.

    We are continuing to embrace opportunities and are moving forward with corporate and vehicular signage. A very competitive market with a lot of the existing players stuck with expensive old technology machines. Our new HP Latex wide format printer is the latest on the market providing superior quality on a variety of signage substrates. With UV protected laminate signs offering many years of outdoor service we can provide the best, cheaper alternative!

    I walked in today with a small urgent job. This printing job was very important, and the staff went above and beyond to help support me and got it done in an hour. Very impressed with the care shown by staff, and it was a fast and professional service. Highly recommend.

    Rang Ziggi last Wednesday asking for a Banner to be done before the weekend, as we had an event it was needed for. Over the phone service was great, and he told me that it would be completed by Friday morning, no problems.Fast forward to Friday morning, I rang Ziggi and he had no recollection of me. I reminded him of our discussion, and he said that he had not received artwork, which I had already sent through. As this was the day before event day, we had planned our organising around picking this banner up 25 minutes away from the event site. He told us that it would be ready for collection by 4pm, so at 4pm we headed down to Loganholme to pick it up.When we arrived at Loganholme, Ziggi was away so we went inside and spoke to Mark (Loveliest bloke in the world) who had no Idea about the Banner & told me it had not been printed. As we needed it for the following day, Mark kindly offered to open the office on Saturday morning so we could come pick it up on event day.Long story short: Very unprofessional service & lack of communication between departments that negatively affected us & we were offered no compensation. Mark, however is the saving grace to this whole experience and is the reason it was not a 1 star experience. He went above and beyond to help us out & deserves much recognition for his efforts.
